90-Minute Consultation
A dedicated 90-minute consultation to really understand what’s going on and where to start.
Before we meet, I’ll review your detailed health questionnaire, including your symptoms, diet, lifestyle, food diary (if applicable), medications and health history. This gives me time to start connecting the dots and build a clearer picture of your health.
During our consultation, we’ll explore the key areas that may be contributing to how you’re feeling, including digestion, detoxification, immune function, hormones, energy production, nervous system balance and oxidative stress.
You’ll have plenty of time to talk through your concerns, ask questions and feel genuinely heard, without feeling rushed.

Results & Recommendations
Turn your test results into a clear, personalised plan without the guesswork.
Once your testing has been completed, your samples are sent directly to the laboratory for analysis. You can complete the testing in the comfort and privacy of your own home, where appropriate.
When your results are returned, I take the time to review them in depth rather than simply looking at individual markers in isolation. I also present your case to a clinical advisor as part of my review process, helping to ensure a thorough and considered interpretation.
Your Results & Recommendations include:
- A detailed review of your test results — working through each relevant marker and explaining in plain English what it means, why it matters and how it may relate to your symptoms and health goals.
- Pattern recognition — looking beyond individual results to identify connections and patterns across your digestion, immune function, hormones, detoxification, energy production, nervous system and other areas of health.
- Your results brought together with your full health picture — including your symptoms, health history, diet, lifestyle and findings from your initial consultation.
- A fully personalised plan — your initial recommendations are revisited and refined in light of your test results, so we’re no longer guessing where to focus.
- A personalised supplement protocol, structured in stages according to your individual findings and needs:
- Relief Care — supporting your immediate symptoms and priorities.
- Corrective Phase — addressing the underlying imbalances identified through your results. Where appropriate, this may include targeted support for identified pathogens.
- Maintenance Phase — supporting long-term health and helping you maintain the progress you’ve made.
- Medication considerations — your supplement recommendations are carefully cross-checked against your current medications, with clear guidance on how and when to take your supplements.
- Clear instructions — including how to introduce and titrate your supplements, when to take them and how to use them effectively.
- Your personalised Results & Recommendations booklet — presented in a clear, printable format so you have something you can refer back to throughout your programme.
The aim isn’t simply to tell you what lab marker is high or low. It’s to understand what your results are telling us as a whole and what they mean for you.

Personalised Health Coaching
Recommended for continued support, accountability and lasting change.
Your testing and personalised recommendations give you a clear starting point. Ongoing coaching helps you put that plan into practice, adapt it as you progress and build the knowledge and confidence to support your health long-term.
I recommend three ongoing coaching sessions following your Results & Recommendations, although this is completely optional. You can also book sessions individually and pay as you go.
Each session builds on the last and is tailored to what is happening for you at that stage of your journey. This isn’t simply a quick check-in; it’s dedicated time to review your progress, troubleshoot challenges, answer questions and give you clear direction on what to focus on next.
Your coaching may include:
- Personalised guidance and practical insight to help you understand why certain changes may be beneficial and how to make them work in everyday life.
- Blood sugar balance and how your food choices, meal timing and lifestyle can influence energy, cravings and overall wellbeing.
- Nervous system and vagal support, with practical strategies to help your body move towards a more regulated state.
- Lifestyle and stress support, focusing on realistic ways to support your body’s ability to recover, rather than simply adding more things to your to-do list.
- Reviewing your progress and symptoms, so we can recognise what’s improving, what isn’t and where your protocol may need adjusting.
- Accountability and momentum, helping you stay focused and make changes that actually become part of your everyday life.
The aim is to leave each session knowing exactly what to focus on next, with the knowledge, tools and confidence to keep moving forward.

Functional Health Testing
When you’re tired of guessing, testing can help you understand what’s really going on.
Depending on your symptoms, health history and goals, I may recommend targeted functional testing to give us a clearer picture of what’s happening beneath the surface, helping us create a plan that’s truly personalised to you.

GI Map + Zonulin
A deeper look at what’s happening inside your gut.
Comprehensive, advanced gut testing that gives us a much more detailed picture of your digestive health.
If you’re struggling with persistent bloating, IBS-type symptoms, changes in bowel habits, abdominal discomfort, excessive gas, food reactions or digestive problems that just won’t settle, it can be difficult to know what’s actually driving them.
The GI Map + Zonulin is a comprehensive stool test that looks at your gut from multiple angles, giving us much more information than simply looking at your symptoms.
Using a single stool sample, the test examines:
- Gut bacteria and microbial balance: including beneficial, commensal, opportunistic and potentially problematic organisms.
- Parasites, fungi and other microorganisms: helping us identify patterns that may be relevant to your digestive health.
- Digestive function: including markers that give insight into how effectively you’re breaking down and processing food.
- Gut immune activity: including secretory IgA, an important marker of immune activity within the digestive tract.
- Intestinal inflammation: including calprotectin.
- Intestinal barrier function: through zonulin, a marker associated with the regulation of the gut lining.
Why might this test be right for you?
It may be particularly useful if you’re experiencing:
Bloating • IBS-type symptoms • constipation • diarrhoea • excessive gas • abdominal discomfort • food reactions • unexplained digestive symptoms • symptoms that keep returning despite trying different approaches
Rather than guessing which part of your gut may need support, the results give us real data to work with.
I’ll interpret your results alongside your symptoms, health history, diet and lifestyle to identify the patterns that matter to you — helping us move from “What could be causing this?” towards a much clearer, more personalised direction.

Testing is completed at home using a stool sample.

Stress & Hormone Panel
A closer look at your hormones, stress response and daily hormonal patterns.
Hormone testing that helps us understand what may be happening beneath the surface rather than simply guessing from symptoms.
If you’re experiencing fatigue, low energy, poor sleep, feeling wired but tired, mood changes, brain fog, low libido, changes in your menstrual cycle, PMS, difficulty coping with stress or simply feeling unlike yourself, it can be difficult to know whether your hormones could be playing a role.
The Stress & Hormone Panel uses saliva testing to assess free, biologically available steroid hormones, giving us valuable insight into your individual hormone patterns.
The panel looks at key hormones involved in your sex hormone balance and stress response, including:
- Oestradiol (oestrogen): an important sex hormone involved in menstrual health, mood, bone health and many other functions.
- Progesterone: important for menstrual and reproductive health and the balance between oestrogen and progesterone.
- Testosterone: relevant to energy, muscle, libido, mood and overall wellbeing in both women and men.
- DHEA-S: an adrenal hormone and precursor to other steroid hormones, providing insight into adrenal hormone production.
- Cortisol across four points of the day: allows us to look at your daily cortisol pattern rather than relying on a single snapshot.
Why might this test be right for you?
It may be particularly useful if you’re experiencing:
Fatigue • low energy • poor sleep • feeling wired but tired • brain fog • low mood • irritability • low libido • PMS • changes in your menstrual cycle • hormonal changes • difficulty coping with stress • unexplained changes in weight or body composition
Rather than assuming that your symptoms are simply part of getting older, stress or “just hormones”, the results give us real information to work with.
I’ll interpret your results alongside your symptoms, health history, diet and lifestyle to identify the patterns that matter to you — helping us understand how your hormone and stress patterns may fit into your wider health picture.

Oxidative Damage (8-OHdG)
A closer look at oxidative stress and what it may be telling us about your cellular health.
A simple urine test that gives us objective information about oxidative stress and DNA damage, helping us understand an important piece of your overall health picture.
Our bodies are constantly exposed to factors that can increase oxidative stress, including diet, alcohol, smoking, pollution, environmental exposures, inflammation, stress and lifestyle factors. Your body has its own antioxidant systems to help keep this balance in check, but when oxidative stress becomes greater than the body’s ability to manage it, it can affect cellular structures.
The Oxidative Damage test measures 8-hydroxy-2’-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) in your urine, a biomarker associated with oxidative damage to DNA. This gives us a measurable snapshot of oxidative stress that we can consider alongside your symptoms, lifestyle and other health findings.
Why might this test be right for you?
It may be particularly useful if you’re experiencing or concerned about:
Persistent fatigue • low energy • feeling run down • high stress • poor lifestyle resilience • increased environmental exposure • inflammatory symptoms • poor recovery • concerns about ageing and cellular health • or simply wanting a deeper understanding of your overall health picture
It can also be particularly valuable when we’re already looking at several areas of your health and want to understand whether oxidative stress may be another piece of the puzzle.
What does the test tell us?
Your 8-OHdG result gives us objective data rather than another guess based on symptoms alone.
I’ll interpret your result alongside your symptoms, health history, diet, lifestyle and other test findings, looking at the bigger picture rather than viewing one number in isolation.
This can help us consider where additional support may be appropriate, including the lifestyle factors that influence oxidative balance and the body’s natural antioxidant defences.

Food Sensitivity Testing
Could the foods you eat every day be contributing to how you feel?
A simple at-home test that can help identify your individual food reactivity pattern, giving you information to make more targeted dietary changes instead of relying on guesswork.
If you’re experiencing bloating, digestive discomfort, changes in bowel habits, fatigue, headaches, skin symptoms or simply don’t feel your best after eating certain foods, it can be difficult to work out what might be contributing.
Food reactions aren’t always immediate. Sometimes symptoms can appear hours later, making it surprisingly difficult to connect what you’ve eaten with how you’re feeling.
This finger-prick blood test analyses your food-specific IgG antibody reactivity to up to 200 food and drink ingredients, depending on the test selected. It measures all four IgG subclasses (IgG1–4), giving you a detailed picture of your individual food reactivity profile.
What does the test look at?
Your sample is analysed for reactivity to a wide range of foods and drinks, including everyday foods such as dairy, wheat, eggs and fish, as well as fruits, vegetables, nuts, herbs, spices and many other ingredients.
Your results are presented in an easy-to-understand format, helping to highlight foods with higher, borderline or lower levels of IgG reactivity.
Why might this test be right for you?
It may be particularly useful if you’re experiencing:
Bloating • digestive discomfort • IBS-type symptoms • changes in bowel habits • fatigue • headaches • skin symptoms • unexplained symptoms • or symptoms that seem to come and go without an obvious pattern
It can also be a useful starting point if you’ve been trying to work out which foods suit you and which don’t, but you’re tired of eliminating foods randomly and hoping for the best.
Rather than removing lots of foods unnecessarily, your results give us personalised information to work with.
I’ll help you understand your results and identify where targeted dietary changes may be appropriate, so you can move away from “What am I supposed to eat?” and towards a clearer, more individual approach.

SIBO Breath Test
A closer look at what may be contributing to bloating, gas and digestive symptoms.
A non-invasive breath test that measures gases produced by bacteria in the small intestine, helping us identify patterns that may be associated with SIBO.
If you’re experiencing persistent bloating, abdominal discomfort, excessive gas, constipation, diarrhoea or digestive symptoms that don’t seem to settle, SIBO may be one piece of the picture.
The SIBO Breath Test measures hydrogen and methane gases produced by bacteria following a test drink, helping us assess whether bacterial overgrowth may be contributing to your symptoms.
Using a series of breath samples, the test looks at:
- Hydrogen: a gas produced by certain bacteria that may be associated with symptoms such as bloating, gas and diarrhoea.
- Methane: a gas associated with intestinal methanogen overgrowth (IMO) and commonly linked with constipation and slower bowel movements.
- Gas production over time: looking at changes in hydrogen and methane levels throughout the test can provide useful information about what may be happening within the digestive tract.
Why might this test be right for you?
It may be particularly useful if you’re experiencing:
Bloating • excessive gas • abdominal discomfort • constipation • diarrhoea • changes in bowel habits • food-related digestive symptoms • persistent digestive symptoms
Rather than guessing whether SIBO may be contributing to your symptoms, the results give us real data to work with.
I’ll interpret your results alongside your symptoms, health history and other relevant information to help determine whether SIBO/IMO may be part of the bigger picture.

FAQs
What does the program include?
A personalised whole body program guided by functional lab testing, in depth results reviews, and clear practical recommendations. Together, we look at your gut health, hormone balance, and overall physiology to understand what your body needs to move forward with balance and resiliency.
Can I work with you if I am currently under medical care?
Yes. As long as you are medically stable, this work can sit alongside medical care. My role is to support the body’s foundations and self regulation, but it does not replace your doctor’s medical treatment or advice.
What kind of results can I expect?
Most people gain clarity about what’s been driving their symptoms and feel more supported in their bodies. Over time, this often shows up as improvements in energy, digestion, and resiliency over time. Everyone’s health journey is individual, and results unfold over time.
Who is this program for?
This program is for anyone who feels stuck in a cycle of ongoing symptoms and wants to understand why they are happening, not just manage them. It is especially suited to those who value a thoughtful, personalised approach rather than quick fixes.
How personalised is this program?
Completely personalised. Your plan is shaped by your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and what your functional testing reveals. There are no generic protocols, everything is adapted to your body and capacity.
Do I need to follow a strict diet or take lots of supplements?
No. This work is not about restriction or overwhelm. Any nutrition or supplement support is intentional, realistic, and tailored to what your body actually needs, and only introduced when it makes sense for you.
