Do you offer online or virtual consultations?
Yes, most of my work is online, so you can work with me from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the world.
How soon can I get started?
Once we have had a discovery call, you can usually start quite quickly. I only take a few clients at a time, so you will always receive the guidance and support you need.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, I know this is a meaningful investment in your health, so there is an option to spread the cost with a payment plan if that makes it easier for you.
Do I need lab testing, and what if I already have previous results?
You don’t need to have lab testing before working with me. Some clients arrive with previous results while others start from scratch. If you do have past labs, we can review them on a discovery call to see if they are still relevant. As part of my approach, we use functional lab testing to understand what’s happening in your body and guide your personalised plan.
